Refund policy

Green Gardens Mihiliya (Pvt) Ltd operates with a Strict NO REFUND, NO RETURN & NO EXCHANGE policy.

When goods are delivered or collected, it is the customer's responsibility to inspect the goods and accept them after checking the product for damages, if any. It is also the customer's responsibility when receiving/collecting goods to check for quantity as well as to inspect the good carefully to see if they according to expected quality and standards. Once the goods are accepted by the Customer through delivery or collection, we will not entertain any refunds, returns or exchanges.
